Your team stinks. You shouldn't be cancelling meetings to do anything non-football related unless it's an emergency of some kind.

Its really no big deal. If the team looked unprepared to play like they did against the Lions, Bills and Dolphins, i might be more concerned. But the team came out and played hard and won. Non story.
