IMO, any intelligent parent, (being biological or not), would have pulled the girl aside and had "the talk" w/ her. Finding a nude pic on a child's phone isn't like finding a pack of smokes in their drawer. You can force them to smoke a full carton of Marlboros to teach them a lesson, but forwarding a nude pic to all of her contacts? That's just creepy.
