I just think he deserves a year with some stability and sanity to see if he can become something good. I think Pioli screwed up with Failey in the first place and was NEVER on board with that hire. I think if keeping Cassel means that we don't get a good experienced HC then that is a problem. But I think most FAIR people can see the lack of consistency he was forced to deal with over the last three years with all of the changes in personnel he was dealing with. I think he'll do better with less drama and dysfunction.
