My preferred order would be:
Up and coming NFL non-head coach (someone who might be the next great one and just needs a chance - gotta roll the dice to win big)
College coach (hopefully a diamond not yet discovered, same as above)
NFL head coach out of league (a chance that he went out on his own terms)
NFL head coach in league (took a demotion, can't be that good)
