I have been on Pioli and Haley's case all year. I believe every coach/player deserves about 2-3 years to prove themselves (1-2 if you're a veteran). And will fight to the death their chance to ease in. After that, you're fair game. I've never wavered in my support of Haley--I supported the hire from day 1. I have been ultra-critical of Cassel and Pioli, on the other hand, all year long.
