I'm still not able to access the B2K pack; even with the recommendation by DICE/EA that you filter for it on the quick match screen (instead of server menu).
My 'download' of it, only too like 1 minute, so that's definitely not right. I hope I'm able to go back into the PSN store and re-enter my code for the free version. I've been reading on a lot of forums that my issue is fairly common but they don't really give a lot of recommdended fixes for it.
I hope I'm not somehow screwed out of it becuase EA thinks my code has already been redeemed. etc.
