1.) He's very young and will only get better.

2.) He already plays the position with his head as well as his body. (When it comes to real-world, he's a very likeable doofus, but when it comes to football, he's very smart.)

3.) Jimmy Graham leads the NFL with 80 catches for 1101 yards. Gronk is 23 yards behind him at 1108, but only has 71 catches; since his YPC average is 15.3, you can hypothesize that with 9 more catches he'd be at 1246.

4.) And Gronk is doing all of this on a team with the NFL's leading WR (Wes Welker) AND sharing balls with ANOTHER tight end (AHern) who's 8th in TE yardage at 607. Imagine if Gronk was the main target all the time...

The kid is a true beast. Physically he's unstoppable. He's got ridiculously soft hands for a big guy. He's so tall that his catch radius is off the charts; he simply has to outjump defenders or shield them off with his big frame. Teams know he's going to be the target, and they still can't do anything about it. He's already got the record at 15 touchdowns, and can easily score 2 more per week to finish with over 20.

It doesn't hurt that he has a FHOFer QB passing him the ball.
