Here's what I think...
As long as we make a move to draft the best quarterback we can and keep being aggressive on defense, I can live with everything else.
Now, that right there rules out Josh McDaniels because of two things.
1) if Josh is hired, it's another "fix the quarterback" type move and there would be almost no chance of making any moves to draft his replacement.
2) if Josh is hired, he would push for the defense to even less aggressive. He fired Nolan in Denver because he felt the scheme he ran was too agressive.
