And Tebow has yet to have an offseason where he got the lions share of the reps. Elway is going to work with Tebow personally all offseason to improve his footwork and is going to teach Tebow everything he knows. You are going to be amazed at how much better Tebow looks next year.

He can throw. He completed 18-24 passes for 190 yards against the Bears in the 4th quarter and overtime and absolutely shredded the Vikings the week before with beautiful, accurate deep balls.
