I don't find it faulty at all. Its hard to win a Super Bowl. The coach has to get everything lined up in the organization. Its hard to do that in two different places. It takes a lot of drive, which I don't think that someone who has been there is able to get back up to. The list is pretty short for coaches to even take two franchises to the SB. Dan Reeves lost for two different franchises. The other thing working against these coaches is age. If you won a Super Bowl, then you've bought yourself at least some job security. The list of ex-coaches are all in their 50s except Gruden who is 48. Billeck is almost 60.
