He must have had his meds adjusted. This guy hasn't been in KC for three years. He shows signs of being somewhat likeable. Very disconcerting. Not sure which is creepier, the twinkle in the eye and slight smiling congenial Todd Haley or the dead bug eyed, droning, ranting lunatic Todd Haley.
Either way, good to see him this hour and then not again on regular basis.
