I know this probably won't be popular, but if we play the next 2 weeks like we played Sunday against the Pack, I'm not sure if I would make any changes to the coaching staff at all if they all want to stay. Both sides of the ball played very, very well. If we play well, and win them both, it does not matter to me if Denver or the Chargers wind up going to the playoffs, and we wind up outside looking in... that was lost earlier in the season.
BUT, if we show up Sunday and look like we did against the Jets, Dolphins, Lions, Bills, etc., all bets are off, and I would continue with the coaching search. Same thing if we look good Sunday against the Faid, then come out and let the Tebow's hang 300 yards rushig on us and literally run us out of town.
