There's a reason he failed in CLE and is backing up in Denver... the guy sucks, he's not a leader. The team appears to have responded positively to Tebow where the teams of QBs like George, Russell, Carr, Quinn, etc never did.

If you could mix the good aspects of Tebow and someone like ... Romo, that QB could be the greatest of all time.
