I'd take him in KC. He would have a heyday with our WR's. But then again he doesn't like to use TE's and Moeaki should be a pretty good one too. But I'm assuming he wont like Cassel and that would lead to problems with Pioli and there would be a clash because Cassel doesn't have the arm for Martz attack.
