I couldn't disagree more. He has been fail, miserable fail since 99.

He had a good year in 99 with Kurt Warner and Dick Vermeil with HOF WRs and RB.

I still give the credit to DV and Kurt Warner for that success.

Here in Chicago, Cutler had to adapt to survive, but not many have the talent to do that.
