I wouldn't go that far out on the limb, but I'm sick and tired of the Chiefs building an excellent nucleus and letting it flush down the toilet by neglecting obvious problems. DV should have won a couple of SBs with that offense here had he and CP bothered to build a defense to go along with it. Now we are building a solid D and have all the ingredients for a good O EXCEPT FOR A ****ING QB!!! By the time Pioli admits his mistake or gets fired for his Cassel man-love the rest of this team will have gone to crap.

Not that big a step up. But the era of winning championships with mediocre QBs is over. This is a much more QB driven league than when Dilfer and Johnson played.
