They have a Texas Roadhouse here in Tulsa. I was forced to eat a steak there one time (met some friends there for something I can't remember) but it actually turned out pretty damn good. For a chain ya know? I used to really like Lone Star Steakhouse back in the late 90s, but I was a teenager then and liked any steak really. My tastes weren't really diverse at that point in my life.
