Other than the first set you find in the chest at the beginning of the game, I've never had one, not had more than three pieces of anything at one time. I'll find something that looks cool and dump it in my stash, but then I'll go back and check it later and the full set doesn't have a quarter of the stats the armor I'm wearing has, so I just sell it.
Right now I'm doing the mage's guild (or whatever it's called here) quest, and regularly getting pieces of a set as I go through it. Of course, it's mage armor and I don't use it.
I either hit level 31 or 32 last night.
