Jones and Barkley are back in the water. It immediately makes next year's QB class stronger. There will be at least two QB worthy of top five picks, and possibly more.
Add to that this reality:
This year's teams that needed a QB:
Colts, Chiefs, Browns, Dolphins, Seahawks, Redskins.
This year's answers to those needs:
Colts: Luck
Chiefs: nothing
Browns: Flynn/Tannehill
Dolphins: Flynn/Tannehill
Seahawks: nothing
Redskins: RG3
That means that next year, it will be the Chiefs and the Seahawks with the obvious needs at quarterback, a need SO obvious we will take one in the first round.
Two teams with need vs. 3 or more top QB prospects? I'll take that over four teams fighting for 2 guys.
Oh, and if Tennessee gets Manning, that might shift Locker out. And I think a trade back to Washington State makes a LOT of sense...

you have no idea how many teams will be hot for a QB...but there will be several as there always is...injuries, retirements, new coaches, new gms...priorities change
