Air Force people are pampered. The Marines in Okinawa called us Cilvilians in Uniform, and I couldn't argue, even back then. Hell, for our "fitness evaluation", we had to run a mile and a half in under 15 minutes, iirc, twice a year. That's it. And, when I first got to Oki as a lowly E-2, Ihad a room all to myself with a fridge in it, while Marine sergeants lived four to a room.
Yeah, they didn't care for us.
