Acetaminophen can be some nasty stuff. Personally I think they should lower the maximum daily dosage to 3000mg. I know there was talk of lowering it from 4000mg daily, but I don't know if anything ever got done.

They did limit the combo doses to 325mg of acetaminophen, supposed to come into effect sometime this year I believe.
