He'll be 28 at the start of the season. After 5 years he's 33. After 8 he's 36. In 10 he's 38 and the chances of him being around then are very slim. Not too many receivers will be productive after 33. Not sure what numbers you are using. First you say 8 then 10. I'm figuring you meant 8 years at $8 million a year with year 1 at 13, year 5 at 10, year 8 at 15. That still only comes up to 78. Unless you're offering a $4 million signing bonus.
