Generally speaking, I don't have a problem with women breast feeding their children. But it starts to get creepy once they're 3 years or older. At some point, you gotta cut them off.
And to pose for a pic of a near 4 year old on the cover of a magazine sucking on a tit is gross. You could even argue that its child abuse, or child porn.
On a side note, if that kid isn't cut off from breast feeding soon, he's gonna have psychological problems later in life. He's also gonna get bullied by future classmates once they learn of the picture.
