Btw, this "brainwashed" citizen is Agnostic and chooses to not get bent out of shape when it comes to politics. However, I will stand for the National Anthem. Hell, as far as that's concerned, I even stand when I hear "Taps" playing, (we live near an AFB). I view it as my way of being courteous to our fallen soldiers and active duty, rather than it having anything to do w/ politics or religion.
