My dad never laid a hand on me. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. He had a bad temper and didn't really like me anyway - I knew he'd beat the shit out of me if I crossed the line. I really only approached it once. Back then, my dad was the size I am now, and I weighed about 130. He got that look in his eye and said, "So, you think you're a man now?" My reply - "No."
