I heard this too. He also said Hoch was "a gamer, mentally tough, etc." which is far from the truth. He folds up like a cheap lawn chair at the first sign of trouble. And he never, ever EVER throws inside or knocks a guy off the plate. He's a major puss in every way. A gamer is a guy like Steve Busby, Dennis Leonard or Bob Gibson. This guy has no clue, and I can see why Ned's act played thin in Milwaukee. But he's a cheap manager, and that's what the Glass Family likes.
