Ok, I found two causes.

1. You are using both 3-TE short yardage and 2-TE short yardage formations on first and 10. You have Ricky William as your short yardage back. Your short yardage back is always in the game when you call those 3-TE short yardage and 2-TE short yardage formations. Those formations should really only be used in short yardage situations like 3rd and 2 and 4th and 1.

2. Your usage of short yardage formations on first down is fairly low, yet they are getting selected fairly frequently. This points to a logic error in my formation selection. I'll fix that before week 3.
