An overview of Royals Changes since 1998. This is not comprehensive, just the highlights. Personally I think the Greinke/Betancourt trade was a good one, except that we ended up getting Betancourt back....

2001: Traded Damon to Oakland for Angel Berroa, AJ Hinch and Roberto Hernandez.
2001: Traded Jermaine Dye to Colorado for Neifi Perez.
2003: Raul Ibanez went Free Agent to Seattle.
2004: Traded Beltran to Houston for Mark Teahen, Mike Wood and John Buck.
2005: Waived Joel Peralta. Now pitches for Tampa Bay.
2006: Traded JP Howell to Tampa Bay for Fernando Cortez and Joey Gathright.
2007: Mike Sweeney went Free Agent to Oakland.
2008: Traded Leo Nunez (Juan Oviedo) to Miami for Mike Jacobs.
2009: Miguel Olivo went Free Agent to Colorado Rockies.
2009: John Buck went Free Agent to Toronto.
2009: Traded Mark Teahen to Chisox for Chris Getz and Josh Fields.
2009: Coco Crisp went Free Agent to Oakland.
