Elvis Dumervil not carrying a gun at his arrest in Miami, sources say

sources close to Dumervil, however, said Monday he was not carrying a gun. The police report states a gun was found in the vehicle Dumervil was driving, but the sources say the vehicle and gun did not belong to Dumvervil.

Dumervil, 28, was released after posting $7,500 bail. His agent, Marty Magid, said he expected the matter will be dismissed once the investigation is completed.
