It's gochiefs II. It's impossible to just ban somebody and wash your hands if they want back in the door. It's even more difficult to do that today than it was 10 years ago. At least 10 years ago we could block IP addresses and they were reasonably static. Now people get a new IP address each time they post. The kid is probably already on here posting and there's really very little we can do about it.
