Yeah that didn't work out too well. I'm pretty sure that the CBA limits the # of padded practices you can have in camp. I think it would be smarter to hold off on pads for a few days until the guys get in a little better shape.

I don't think they are doing any Oklahoma drills..........pretty sure nobody is going to need to be putdown after practice today.
During the old high school glory days I seem to remember getting into "football shape" by playing football. Doesn't matter how good of condition you are in there really isn't a way to ease into getting your ass knocked around.
