I think you mean his ability to be consistently not very good at all. Unfortunately for you, that's the most important and really only part that matters. Nothing wrong with finding people that meet those other criteria, but you do not excuse them not having football talent because of it. Too bad Cassel didn't do us a favor and give up football to go work with charity. That way he can be an even better guy (imagine all the profundity that could be spewed about him by the likes of Peter King), and the Chiefs could have tried to find a QB that doesn't suck.
