He hasn't even appealed his 6 game suspension yet. Brandon Marshall was suspended for four games in the 2008 season and Goodell shortened it to a 1 game suspension. I can see him getting the 6 game suspension knocked down to 4 and then this ruling will give him 1 or 2.
