Unless that PC was a purposely pointless bit of misdirection, while he's giving the players themselves valuable input behind the scene, it is truly a disconcerting bit of blather.
"We played well, except when we didn't, and we need to play more like we do when we play well and less like we do when we don't. And we'll playing again next Sunday because the league has scheduled a game for us. Same for the Sunday after that."
