Ultimately the result would likely be the same. Last year we saw the defense play well in the first half of games only to eventually succumb to blowouts because our O simply could not sustain drives. Over the span of Cassel's career, he is indeed
very responsible for this trend.
I just want people to recognize that this year, the team's problems extend beyond QB. We might be a better team with a different QB, but the defense so far this year has been very bad. We all believe the individual talent is there. Romeo Crennel is tripping over his own dick at the one thing he's supposedly good at.
