Weis was the OC in 2010. Either Haley hated Cassel or Weis did. You can't have that both ways.

And of course it's an indictment of Cassel. Pretty much every game is. But that's not what you said. You said the gameplan was designed as a message to PIOLI'S, which is silly. The gameplan was designed to try and win, which isn't possible if Cassel has to throw the ball.
