There is not another QB out there with VY's resume who is not starting. There is no question he is more accomplished than Cassel and Quinn put together. I think bringing him in now during the bye week is a no brainer. Of course that is not taking Pioli's ego into consideration.
Ok try this on for size; Cassel craps his pants at the first sign of pressure. VY goes off and cries in the corner at the first sign of the fans turning on him. His ego is a fragile as an eggshell and cracks under the first time anyone boos him.
