I don't think PioLLLLLi is the problem, although keeping faith in CasseLLLLLl was a terrible mistake, but I also think many GMs could have done the same mistake.
Daboll and CrenneLLLLL are not good coaches and will leave, simple as that.
When CrenneLLLLL was promoted to HC, there was reason to think that move could succeed but look, it didn't happen.
