The Chiefs should hold a lottery each week before the game. If the number on your ticket stub is called--you get to start at QB for the day. You get a pro-rated portion of the combination of Cassel and Quinn's salaries for as long as you can stay in the game.
That way they could increase both attendance and quality of QB play with one move.
