A big problem Herm had was our O-line got old and Carl Peterson didn't address this problem before it became a problem. They thought they all had another season in them but then Roaf and Shields retired too they weren't prepared for that.
I kind of wish we could have kept Herm for bringing in players and getting a top QB. Herm was a better coach than the team he was given at the time. He got us to the playoffs, he won playoff games with the Jets did he not? So yeah I think Herm is better than what we have had since. I don't want him back don't get me wrong, but his teams wearn't getting blown out on a consistant bases either like they have been the last couple of years.

Herm for GM then. Drafting was the only thing he was good for as a Chief.
