Broncos tight end Joel Dreessen conceded that the Broncos weren’t exactly on top of their game here Sunday and were fortunate to get out of Arrowhead Stadium with a victory.

“It’s frustrating right now,” Dreessen told reporters after the game. “We’re still obviously turning the ball over. We had dropped passes.

“It’s junk like that just doesn’t make you feel very good. But if you can get out of here with a win, it helps things.”
