Do any of you remember Dale Carter?
That was a 1st round draft pick with plenty of pre-draft known problems. In fact, Carl Peterson was quoted as saying he worried every night about what Dale Carter might be doing.
If you recall, Carter go into an incident where shots were fired at his car after an altercation in a nightclub and on and on....
Carter was drafted no. 1 in '92
