2013 - Draft best QB in 1st round
2013 - Draft another good QB prospect
2014 & 2015 - Draft a good QB prospect in the 2nd or 3rd round (Both years)

2016 - Rinse and repeat if none of the QBs work out


Short version: Constantly have QB's coming in to develop so that we can use them or trade them for more picks.
