Pioli is gone IMO. so I don't think we should fly a banner that pounds that home anymore. we need to educate the idiots and hammer down the QB issue.
otherwise, our dumbass fans will be clamoring for some other teams' scrub back up QB; or grabbing a 'diamond in the rough' QB in the 6th.
