Further, given the Javon Belcher shooting and Pioli's involvement in that, I believe the tone has to be more civil or light-hearted, so naming him in a fire pioli banner may not be a good idea. As for stats, there's just not enough space on the banner to make the stats case, and 23-40 just doesn't pack much of a punch, at all. That all sort of leads to the option you seem to hate.
