Either way, right now Manning has what is statistically (I believe) the best defense he's had and an offense that is playing very well. Give them the first round bye and NE in Denver and I certainly like their chances.

Well certainly. Discounting Romeo's success as a playcaller against Peyton is silly IMO.
I think the Donks/NE game will be awesome. However, if Romeo gets hired as a consultant, I think there are reason's to be worried ( i.e. NE uses the same sub package consistently, 2-3-6 wiht an extra safety Chung in the box). It isn't the end of the world but definitely something to consider as a problem.
