Over the same time, Duke has 278 wins and 58 losses, six S16s, two E8s, two FFs, 1 NC appearance, and 1 NC.
If there's a difference between these two programs, it's very slight and perhaps only a little bit in favor of KU. The only thing that's clear is that they are both in a league of their own in college basketball.
