Yep. Pretty much. And don't think all these NFL teams will not use sports media outlets including these wannabe nobody drafturbators who decided to get their own website and "pretend to be in the know" and use them to play poker because 'they all will' !!
This time of year you almost have to treat every NFL team like you do politicians. Don't listen to what they say, watch what they do and read between lines of rhetoric and action.
