With the following stipulations:
a.) the legislature shouldn't be involved in this kind of stuff
b.) Sen. Michael O’Donnell, R-Wichita is a douche-y doofus, a douchefus if you will, with no leadership qualifications other than to carp the far right mantras.
I would still like to see KU schedule WSU on some regular basis. Clearly, KU has much less to gain, but there are a ton of KU fans in Wichita that would love a chance to see them. And I think WSU brings some mid-major competition that KU could stand to occasionally practice against. I think WSU brings more of a competition benefit to KU than scheduling American U, or whoever that slow bunch of white guys from DC were that we played earlier this year.
