I wouldn't cut Baldwin or even Dexter until necessary...I don't think either of them are going to ever amount to jack shit but they are DIRT cheap...and maybe an established offensive coach like Reid can tap into their "potential" a bit. If not, cut them next year.
Right now they don't cost anything.
